The villa is located in Fontane Bianche, on a private road, just a few minutes’ walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Syracuse coast. The property is very bright with a large open kitchen/living area overlooking the veranda and patio garden, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and an outdoor shower. The living room also has a two-seater sofa bed and benefits from a surround sound system and a flat-screen TV.
The detached villa was completely renovated and furnished to a high standard in January 2019. The veranda was paved using the same modern outdoor and indoor tiles, creating a single room. Special attention deserves the large opening on the veranda that makes the place very bright and modern. The large veranda is fully equipped with sun loungers, a sun umbrella, a table and chairs for dining, and with garden chairs, all to enable our guests to enjoy the tranquility of the place. The place was decorated following the “Total White” trend, contrasting with the bathroom completely paved with black modern tiles. The villa has a private parking lot.
