The Federico apartment, located on the second floor of a building set in a characteristic ronco, has an entrance hall with living room/kitchen complete with TV, sofa, table with 4 chairs, refrigerator with freezer and washing machine, overlooking the ronco. From the kitchen there is also access to the bathroom, equipped with a large and comfortable shower. From the living room/kitchen you have access to a hallway that divides a technical room, and next you will find the master bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers, closet and balcony overlooking Maniace Street, and stairs lead to the mezzanine floor where a second bedroom has been arranged with 2 single beds that can be converted into a double if needed, closet and window.
