The flat was totally renovated in April 2024. It enjoys a lot of light, both because of its location and because of the many windows in the house, including the bathroom.
The house consists of a bright living room that includes a long equipped kitchenette, a relaxation area with two armchairs and a coffee table, a small wall unit and a table with 2 chairs. From the living room you can access the bedroom, the bathroom and finally the loft, via 4 steps. The terrace is communal and is equipped with a table and chairs for exclusive use, plus a drinking fountain. The bedroom guarantees a good night’s sleep, as it is equipped with a high quality mattress; wardrobe and bedside tables in rattan, air conditioning, ceiling fan.
